When I drilled holes for fuel line in centerspar, on right side, rib 1 hole was offset from the others. Now I understand why. Holes are expected to be 116 mm from rear spar, but on rib 1 manual says 113 mm without angle 6-W-6-54 installed. Angle will add an offset of 7 mm, not 3 mm as manual indicates. On rib 1 I drilled a 4 mm hole to start with, enlarge it when all ribs are riveted to spars.
Removed fuel tank on right wing, and tried to find a good position for fuel return and drain valve. I also need an inspection hatch in lower skin, to make it possible to inspect fuel hose. Without drilling out hundreds of rivets.
