The rudder is done. I just have to put the hinges on and weld on the horn. Had to heat up the balance tab and bend it a little to get it where needs to be. It wants to curve a little from welding. As per Jay from Javron, on the control surfaces it work great. He says the balance tab is to be to the left a little to match the fin for the P facter from the engine.
