Brief Description: Two Flap Ribs and Finish Skin Bend
Fabricated two new flap ribs - without tooling holes - to be used on the inboard positions. Created the 1/4" x 25mm slot for the flap actuator in each one. The other set of ribs previously fab'd without tooling holes will be used on the outboard locations - 4 fewer holes for critter entry points.
Used clamps and an 2x4 to achieve the final angle on the trailing edge bend. Located edge of 2x4 just above the bottom rib holes and clamped down tightly to a 1/8"x3"x10' steel bar. Trial fit of a rib revealed an excellent fit.
Marked center-lines on all of the rib flanges for locating to the pre-drilled holes in the skins.
