Got a bit of a break from the Polar Vortex with sunny, windy but not quite so cold day. Started off by going to a GFPA safety meeting at FNT then went to see my buddy's 1977 T210 that he bought a few months ago.
Spent some much needed time in the shop this evening. Burned the 1st hour just peeling off the protective film from the 0.025" blanks. Came up with a method of using a 2" PVC pipe as a roller along with heat from a hair drier to soften the adhesive. Still a bit tedious but much easier and quicker than pulling it off with bare hands.
Laid out the rivet lines for all of the ribs using the spacing specified on the drawing.
Next will overlay the marked, RH blank on the unmarked LH blank. Will center punch then drill though both before making bends.
