Spent the better part of tonight's hour cleaning up the shop.
Before rolling up my strip of 0.016" I decided to re-fab a new left aileron tip rib for the same reason I re-fabbed the right tip rib. Pic 1 shows the original right rib that has the edge of the flange going through the first rivet hole. Pic 2 shows how the cut-back angle was reduced to provide enough material for proper edge spacing of the rivet hole.
