Picking up from where I left the project on 5/6/12.
Have yet to find up any 3" steel tubing to serve as "beams" supports so I picked up a couple of (relatively) straight 2x3's to serve that purpose. Placed a 13mm dowel under the O/B end and clamped everything down to retain the configuration.
