Brief Description:  Formed Aileron Tip Ribs

Routed 1/8" radii and sanded 10 degree bevel on front end of form blocks
Cut out blanks from 0.025" sheet and started forming just like other aileron and flap ribs.
Discovered that in my haste I neglected to notice these two ribs are specified as 0.016" parts. Well, that was a waste 1+ hours.
Rather than cut into my new 4x12 sheet of 0.016" I cut new blanks from a piece of 0.020".
Started the acute (45 degree) angles by first bending to 90 degrees on the brake.
Used form block to bend the obtuse (135 degree) angle and the 80 degree front end
Finished the the 45 degee bend by hand using a piece of HDF.

The cross section location and direction are not clearly defined on the drawing so I'm hoping my interpretation was correct. If not I'll have to reverse the bends which should not be a big deal.
