Formed aileron ribs 6W2-2 using the same method as the flap ribs. Again, formed two ribs without tooling holes that will be used on the inboard ends.
4/29/12 Update: Since four of these ribs will be attached to the two counterweight balance arms it is important that the tooling holes are well clear of the three attachment hole locations. On my ribs the center attachment hole will be about 3/4" from the forward tooling hole. Will verify with ZAC whether this is acceptable. Photo to follow.
