Today I proudly fly Old Glory and salute all of those veterans who sacrificed to preserve the priveledge for every American to do so.
Parts arrived today from two separate orders:
Zenith sent the stabilizer fiberglass tail tips (FTT's), ten AS5 stainless rivets and 4' of the 3/4x3/4x0.090" angle.
Aircraft Spruce sent 1000 A4 rivets, 500 A5 rivets, 20 extra 3/32" Clecos and two 1" paint brushes.
My 15-year-old DeWalt 12V cordless drill was devloping issues including a wobbling chuck (I think somebody dropped it at work), grinding gears and batteries that wouldn't hold a strong charge. So, I went to Home Depot and purchased a new 20V DCD780C2 which is much more compact, stronger and faster. Another great addition to the tool arsenal. Also purchased a Milwaukee off-set adapter to get to the holes/fasteners where there's no room for a drill motor.
