Used angle grinder, file and sand paper to round off the bending edge of my brake top plate. The 1/4" material thickness yields the 1/8" radius specified for most bends. The 10' "bullnose" edge looks good but I would like to see a continuous cross section of this work to see if the results are consistant along the entire length. One of the imperfect realities of home building.
