Back to the RV7 at last. Today was a great day to start on the aileron bellcrank and pushrod assemblies. Being a cool day at 45C and all. As per plans cut the stick to bellcrank pushrod tubes to length,deburred the edges, and fitted the rod end fittings and drilled.All parts deburred , and primmed the inner tube only at this time.Using the pour and roll method worked well. With the same methods, I did the bellcrank to aileron steel pushrods also. I had to decide the best way to cut these to length, and ended up using a copper pipe radial cutter as I did with the aluminum tubes. So far so good.
