Today, I travelled to Harbor Freight to purchase a metal brake. I also purchased som organizer bins to pre organize the hardware. This should save me a lot of time searching for the appropriate nuts and bolts.
Using the metal brake, I fabricated and bent the F-705K plate to 4 degrees. I then attached the fabricated F-705J angle, F-705K plate, and fabricated F-705L seat adjustment supports to the bulkhead and match drilled the holes.
