Today, I finished the aileron stiffeners. I then began woring on the ailerons. I clecoed the left aileron together and drilled all exterior holes. I then unclecoed the aileron and deburred all holes. Next, I dimpled all holes in the left aileron skin as well as the aileron stiffeners. I then cleaned the interior of the aileron with mineral spirits. Next, I back riveted the aileron stiffeners to the left aileron. I then used the edge break to bend the aileron to the correct angle. Finally, I fabricated the aileron spar reinforcement brackets out of 0.040 aluminum and match drilled them to the spar.
