Today, Gareth and I began assembling and drilling the wing tank holes. The left wing tank was assembled and all holes were drilled. The Z brackets were then drilled to final size and attached. After the Z brackets were drilled, all holes were deburred, and the brackets were prepped for priming. The Z brackets were then primed, and we began fabricating the inboard attach bracket. I then realized I needed to quit putting off the purchase of a band saw, and went to the hardware store. I purchased a table top band saw and a fly cutter to make the holes in the tank ribs.
