Brief Description: Leading Edge Deburring, Dimpling, and Priming
I was unable to continue building the left fuel tank as I am again out of clecos. So, I jumped ahead in the manual and began final preparations for the leading edge. I removed all clecos from the leading edge and began deburring the ribs. Once the ribs were deburred, I used a scotchbrite pad to prepare the ribs for priming. I then dimpled the ribs using a pneumatic squeezer. Finally, I cleaned the ribs using mineral spirts and allowed the ribs to dry. I then primed all ribs. Next, I deburred the leading edge wing skins and dimpled all holes using both a pneumatic squeezer and DRDT-2 dimpler as appropriate.
