Today, I completed prepping the right rudder skin. Once all holes were drilled, deburred, and dimpled, I back riveted the stiffeners to the skin. I then assembled the frame for the rudder and fluted the ribs. The rudder assembly was then cleco'd together all holes were match drilled. Once all parts were fabricated and assembled, I removed all clecos and began deburring and dimpling. All non-alclad parts were deburred, dimpled, and primed. All parts of the rudder frame were deburred.
