Riveted right flap brace to rear spar. Clamped aligned and drilled right flap hinge to right wing. I got the trailing edge of the flap to align with the trailing edge of the aileron within about 1/16". removed and deburred the hinge. Removed the right flap and nuetral alignment tool from wing. Drilled out one keeper rivet from lower outboard skin/flap brace assy.
