Inserted elevator skeleton into elevator skin. Clecoed and riveted skin to understucture. Secured counterweight. Clecoed and drilled E-610PP, 611PP and platenute to E-702 spar. Clecoed E-703 to 704, then clecoed to spar then removed. Drilled hole in counterweight per plans. Assembled skeleton withe both ribs fianl drilled to spar. Clecoed skin and WD-605-1-L elevator horn to rib and spar. Cleco and drill E-606PP to E-705PP. Drilled E-701-L skin to understructure. Disassembled elevator.
