Clecoed reinforcrment plates to rudder spar. Fabricated and deburred R-717 spacer and two R-716 rudder bottom attach strips. Trimmed R-710 and deburred edges.Enlarged center hole on flange R-704 to 3/8. Clecoed R-704, R-405PD, R-710, P-717 and platenuts to R-802PP. Match drilled all parts. Discovered possible defective R-703 and put aside until I contact Van's. Started cutting stiffeners for elevator.
