Brief Description:  Wing measurements

I drilled the right rear spar attach hole. I used my special drill guide with the #30 drill and gradually increased size using 3/16, then 19/64ths and finally a 5/16 reamer. Final measurements are:

RH wing incidence, Zero degrees at root
LH wing incidence, zero degrees at root
Sweep, RH wing tip 1/8” fwd. LH 1/8” aft
Measuring from the center of the elevator stop on the fuselage to the seam on top of the spar an the very end of the wing tips, RH wing 190 5/8”, LH wing 191 1/8. That’s ½” difference.

The fuselage is definitely twisted approximately .3 degrees left rear low. That’s why I need a shim under the left side of the horiz stab, and may account for the ½” difference.

Then I drilled the holes in the bottom skins and wings for the screws/nut plates. I marked out the F863 Front Spar Attach angle for fabrication.
