I drilled mounting holes in F-8108L. Then I match drilled the mounting holes in the floor to mount the F-8108s, deburred all parts involved, scotchbrited F-8108s and primed. After drying, I riveted the F-8108s to the floor. Although the rivets holding the F-802GL&R came up in the center of the F-8108s, I was able to get a BSPQ-5-6 rivet through the F-8108s and the F-802GS without getting too close to any edge. I opted to leave the BSPQ-5-6 out of the fwd part of the F-8108s because I feared the risk of damaging the F-801D was greater than any benefit I would get from a rivet in the front of the F-801s. I Clecoed the Rudder Axles to the Brake Cylinder Arm and drilled holes per directions. I had to thin down the plastic Thrust Washer a quite a bit to get the bolt through the Brake Cylinder Arm. I should have drilled that hole with the Rudder Pedals on the Rudder Axles.
