I fitted the Main Spar Bulkhead Channels to both the left and right side. I did not drill them because the F-804Cs looked a little buckled and they didn't look right. I put a block inside the F-804C on the left and it looked better, but I didn't drill yet. I started putting together the F-864 console. I made the F-864D. I cut the F-864E wrong. I cut it so the 2 1/8 measurement was at the top of the part. It should have been 2 1/8 inches from the top hole. I made a shim from the cut away parts left over from the fwd control column support. I put them under the F-864E and the holes will be okay now. I drilled the F-864E to the F-864APP I cut the F-864C to the length in the plans, and it was too long. While consulting the VAF forums for advice on this installation, I learned that I should wait to get my throttle quadrant before I go any further. Slower than usual today.
