Finished installing nutplates for fwd baggage floor. I tried fitting all the parts together. All the nutplates I installed worked fine, but the top nutplate in the RH gear tower that holds the F-871PP was not aligned with the hole. It took quite some time to figure out what was wrong. I decided to incrementally drill that hole out to #12 to get it to fit. None of the holes in the floorboard for the nutplates that attach the bottom of the F-871PP were drilled out to #19. Again, it took a while to figure out what was wrong since some of the screws fit, but very tight, and some just didn't go into the hole. RATS! All is well now. It all fits.
