Brief Description: Drilled fuel tank filler flange and drain flange
Drew and Anna are home for the Christmas holidays. Drew helped me in the shop tonight for a while. First, I deburred the left fuel tank skin.Then, Drew and I fit and drilled out the fuel tank cap flange. We later fabricated the little bracket to hold the vent line. We also drilled out the drain flange for the bottom of the tank. It was great working with Drew. We discussed law and law school things as we puttered around the shop. Now, all three boys (as well as Vicki) have helped with the plane. That feels good.
