Tonight I started the right aileron by drilling the doubler plates to the aileron spar, deburring the holes, smoothing the edges (need to do an extra good job here because of tight fit while riveting will cut into my forearm), scuffing the surface (to make the primer adhere better) and then priming the whole kit and caboodle.
