Brief Description:  Deburred and dimpled the right tank ribs

I was not feeling very well tonight. I think I am coming down with a sinus infection or something like it. I had to force myself to go to the basement, but I am glad I did. After a few minutes of work and listening to symphony music on WABE (Dr. Carl Haase), I felt much better. I was only planning to spend my 15 minute minimum and I ended up staying for over 2 and 1/2 hours.I deburred all of the ribs for the right tank. Then I scuffed the rib flanges so that they will have a better substrate (bite) for the proseal to come later. Then I dimpled the ribs with the pneumatic squeezer set up in the vise. By scuffing the ribs before dimpling them, I feel as though I acheived better coverage. On the left tank, I scuffed the ribs and the skin after dimpling and I do not feel that the sandpaper reached down into the dimpled holes very well. Sorry, no pictures tonight.
