Brief Description: Drilled for floor board nutplates
Since I made the decision to make my floor boards removable with screws, I had to drill for 99 nutplates. It is back breaking work, bending over to drill, debur and then dimple all of the holes for the nutplates. Thank goodness I had the nutplate drilling jig, I also learned a little trick to debur the holes that are on the bottom of the flanges of the seat ribs. The little deburring bit that comes with the deburring tool simply unscrews from the holder and screws in the angle drilling tool that I bought from Avery tools. I then hook the angle drilling tool to the drill, set the air pressure on 30-40 pounds and then debur away. It works great.
