I dropped by the hardware store today and picked up some 1/4" bolts for the center section. Tonight, I installed these 8 bolts and tightened the larger bolts as well. It was a real bear to get to all of the bolts to tighten them. Getting them out will be a real adventure also. Then, I leveled the fuselage again, fore and aft and side to side. Then, I cut out a phenolic block exactly 2-51/64" which I will use as a spacer when leveling the wings chord wise. Then, I took some preliminary measurements of the wings and found that the left wing will probably have to be moved aft a bit and the trailing edge moved down a tad. I will need at least one other helper to accomplish the requisite wing bending maneuvers.
