Brief Description: Bolted in left main gear weldment
Today Sam Beale came over and helped me rivet the final part of the fuselage skins around the center section. I had to take out the wooden spacers that have been in the center section since it went together. After Sam left, I wrestled the left main gear weldment into place and then started bolting it it. It was quite the adventure since it is very difficult to get the washers and nuts inside of the center section for the weldment bolts. Vicki helped me by getting the nuts started and then helping me tighten them in the center section. I could not have done any of this work today by myself. I am thankful for all of the people who have been a part of this project.
