Brief Description: Began installing the vertical stabilizer
Tonight I had to attend a meeting at church. For some crazy reason, they put me on a committee to raise $2 million in some capital campaign. Sheesh. Luckily, I got out of the meeting in time to head down to the shop for at least a little time. Patrick came down and helped me verify that my measurements were correct and the vertical stabilizer was indeed clamped in at a right angle to the horizontal stabilizer. So, with a little trepidation, I drilled the 6 holes which will hold the attach bolts. Thankfully, they all came out where they were supposed to and all God's children had adequate edge distance. That is enough for one night. I will debur and bolt everything in later. Then, I can locate and bolt in the forward vertical stabilizer spar.
