Brief Description: No work done, but I spoke with a legend

All this weekend I could not work on the RV because I had to replace 5 interior doors at my office. It was broken into early one morning last week and the burglars kicked in 5 interior doors, destroying them. They only stole one laptop computer, but they wrecked the office. I lost one day cleaning up the mess and I spent the whole weekend trying to install the new interior doors. Late today, however, I decided to do a little internet work to see if I could find some information on William D. Randolph, the 77 year old RV-8 builder who flew around the world solo in 2005. I had the chance to meet him at Oshkosh that year and he is quite a guy. Well, one thing led to another this afternoon and before I knew it, I found his phone number and telephoned him. Even though I interrupted his Sunday at home, he was incredibly charming. We discussed a little about his flight and his plan to do it again! This time, he may fly through China, which his research reveals, has a surprising supply of aviation fuel (AV Gas, not Jet A). Bill gave me his e-mail address and I hope to correspond with him in the future.
