I have run out of room in the garage and so I decided to construct some sort of shelf under the deck outside so that I can prime parts. I had some pressure treated 2X2s on hand, so I constructed a frame and covered it with 1/2" hardware cloth (like chicken wire, only squares). I then fastened the shelf to two of the posts under the deck and used some plastic coated cable I had laying around for a support. It looks goofy, but I think it will work.
