Today I finished the 807 Bulkhead (the one that goes just behind the rear passenger) by drilling, deburring, dimpling, priming and riveting all of the pieces together. I had to study the plans very carefully to determine how the reinforcement doubler for the boarding step assembly was to fit onto the bulkhead. The drawings are a little misleading in one place, but the doubler goes on in such a way that the flange points away from the flange on the bulkhead. I was able to squeeze all of the rivets, making it a relatively easy job.
