Sam called tonight and asked if the shop was open. Oh hell yes!. He came over and we tackled riveting the firewall. We back riveted most of the firewall so that the front surface would be smooth. We put proseal between the bottom angle and the firewall to help seal out oil and fumes from the cockpit. In the end, everything looked good except for a few rivets that I will drill out and reset later.
