Tonight I started on the firewall in earnest. First, I drilled out all of the holes for the firewall, stiffener angles and weldments. Then, I deburred and countersunk the stiffener angles and triangular backing plates. Finally, I primed all of the parts (except for the firewall and the weldments, which do not get primed). Next, I will dimple the firewall and rivet everything together.
