Brief Description:  Debur, dimple and prime rudder skin & stiffeners

I deburred and dimpled the rudder skin as well as the stiffeners. I used my powered screw driver to deburr the holes. For the stiffeners, I clamped the powered screw driver in the vise and used a spring clamp to hold the trigger down. I could then just feed the stiffeners into the bit to debur the holes. It worked great.I dimpled the stiffeners by clamping the pneumatic squeezer in the vise and then feeding the stiffeners into the dimple die. I dimpled the skins with the C-frame dimpler.I then scuffed everything with a maroon (medium) scotch brite pad and primed. I taped off the holes in the skin which were not yet drilled or dimpled so that future dimpling of those holes would not gum up my dimple die with paint residue.
