Tonight I clecoed the left elevator together and match drilled the skin to the skeleton. I then disassembled the wholt thing, deburred and dimpled the skin and the spars. I am coming down the home stretch for the empenage. Vans said that my wing kit should ship out tomorrow, Oct. 4. I have been looking at the various web pages to check out wing construction. It looks like more fun. It might even be easier (for the most part) than some parts of the empenage. The general plan is to finish the wings by summer and then get a quick build fuselage some time in June.
