Tonight I finished riveting the Vertical Stabilizer! I squeezed the rivets anound the outside ribs and the rear spar and then riveted the rear spar onto the rest of the skeleton. I then pulled off the blue plastic and took the celebratory pictures.Before I left the shop, I unscrewed 5 hinges from old doors stored in our basement for the flying surfaces (rudder and elevator) trailing edge creasing jig. I will have to get 2 six foot 2x8s to complete the jig.
