I fiddled, wrestled and massaged the forward side skins into position for the last time and then drilled them to the longerons, the firewall and the center section bulkhead. The right one went on nicely. The left one finally succumed to the drill, but my line on the center section bulkhead was a little too far aft. The drilled holes are supposed to be smack dab in the middle of the flange. On the right side, however, they are closer to the web. Oh well, as my old friend John Popps used to say, "You're building an airplane, not a freakin swiss watch!"
