Brief Description:  Fixed the firewall and aft bulkhead to the jig

After church today I went with my brother in law, Robby, to finish my Christmas shopping. I bought the last present, for Vick. Then, I hit the shop to fix the firewall into the jig. It took quite a bit of fiddling to get everything lined up just right. To help, I screwed some scrap angle onto the side of the jig at the level necessary to place the level at just the right height so that the firewall stiffener would rest on top of the level at just the right place. Then, everything lined up and I drilled 3/16" holes at the engine mounts and used machine screws and nuts to fix the firewall to the jig. Then, I fixed the aft bulkhead to the firewall by screwing an aluminum bar to the back side and then screwing the bar to the jig. I used the plumb bob to make sure it lined up properly. I ran a wire over the centerline of the jig from the ceiling so that I can slide the plumb bob over the centerline of any bulkhead. Finally, the longerons were floating off the jig at the center section position, so I bent the longerons a little more so that they would fit in the jig and the on the firewall mounts properly.
