I had some trouble with hole spacing. I had to walk away a couple of times to think about stuff. In the end the drawings were on the money/
I was really happy witht he way the back bracket worked out. I didn't think the hinge pins were going to work as easily as they did.
When it came to notching the vertical seat braces to mortice out where the hinge goes, I used a router with a carbide bit. It went through the aluminum like butter.
It is hard not to sit in the cockpit and shout "Clear".
