I have been dreading fabricating this part. It has a complex hole drilled into it with a 5 degree offset on one axis and a 23 degree offset on the other. My drill press vice does not rotate and I could not get my drill press table to rotate either. I figured out that the base of the vice is about 7.5" long. To acheive a 5 degree angle, the vice had to be shimmed up 5/8" on its long axis off horizontal.
Once that was done, I drilled the blocks and crossed my fingers.
