Brief Description: Re-installed right magneto

Mag came back from Oklahoma. It bench tested fine. My guess is that when the tach sensor was put on, it f'ed up the mag timing royally. Reinstalled the mag and timed it myself. I am 90% confident in the timing, but I will probably verify with the old men.
