Brief Description: Wired left wing tip, started wiring wings
I installed the left wing tip nav/stobe light - It went a lot faster than the right one - Experience
Then I corrected the length of the control arm of the roll autopilot servo - big difference in degree of travel.
Then I loaded up the left wing to start wiring.
The first thing I needed to figure out was the GAP26 heated pitot. Too many wires. Too many tubes. The mount itself made no sense.
After a call to vans, and a review of the G3x manual, I got my answers : The exta two wires are for a second heater. The extra tube is for AOA - who knew? There is a mount kit required. I ordered that from AC Spruce.
So far, So good.
I also figured out where the OAT goes. Tomorrow night.
