Brief Description: Reworked a grounding nutplate I didn't like

Tonight was a fiasco. I went to my EAA meeting in Frederick, MD. Drove 2 hours there an back. Meeting was cancelled due to cold weather. What a bunch of weenies! (I should have checked the website - they had the cancellation posted).
I came back and decided to take apart the landing light and re-do a nutplate that really bothered me. I then decided to prime the entire assembly.
