Clecoed the R-913 counter balance skin to the R-903tip rib and R-912 counterbalance rib. Match drilled to #40 size on the counterbalance skin to the ribs. Clecoed the R-901R&L rudder skins to the ribs and spar. Had to fit the R-916 rudder trailing edge in place , drilled all remaining holes to final size. Trimmed the excess material from the R-710 rudder brace. Fit the R-710 between R-405PD and the R-904. Clecoed the aft edge of the R-710 to the bottome of the R-904 . Drilled the hole to #30. Matched drilled the forward edge of the R-710 to size.
