Brief Description: Drilling the horizontal stabilizer
Fluted and straighten the HS-404, and HS-405. Marked the centerline on the HS-404, and HS-405 flanges. Drilled and Clecoed the aft flange of the HS-405 to the HS-603. Drilled the HS-602PP to HS-405 attachment holes. Drilled the HS-601PP to the HS-702. Drilled the HS-405 to HS-702, to HS-710. Then drilled the HS-714 to the HS-404 inboard rib attachment holes
