Brief Description:  Rudder trailing edge.

In order to make a straight trailing edge on the rudder, you have to cleco the trailing edge to a straight piece of aluminum angle. The R-916 rudder trailing edge is then held in place by using some type of bonding system. I used Pro Seal for this. This will hold the trailing edge pieces together so that they may be riveted. When sealent is dry. You remove the angle and clean the excess Pro seal from the holes. Next is the task of riveting it without warping the trailing edge.
