Riveted the complete rudder together. We used no proseal for the trailing edge and with a little work it came out pretty darn straight by our standards. We clecoed every other hole, put in the rivets and put 811 scotch tape wrapped around the edge while held tight together. Then we pulled the clecoes and put the other rivets in and taped some more. After that we followed Vans instructions and it turned out very good.
