The flap handle reminded me of a high school shop project from years ago, so I added the wood and brass rivets. I think I'll stain the wood dark, and use bleached light oak, stained red for the brake handle. I will drill the hole out when I have the bushing that goes in it, for now it's just a 1/8" pilot hole.
